He started as a sales engineer from 2003 to 2006, and later became an entrepreneur in the power and energy trading industry. As a CEO, he established successful companies in Shenzhen and Beijing and achieved significant revenue growth. In 2014, he founded HCEN Group Inc. and became a prominent player in China’s semiconductor LED industry with numerous patents and international partnerships. Since 2019, he has been actively involved in the listed company business after a successful RTO operation, leveraging his nearly 20 years of experience in sales and operating companies to succeed in the industry. Since then, he has been actively involved in the public company business.

JIANXING LI | Technical Director

MBA, Canisius Colledge, USA, 64 years old.

Former Executive Chairman of the Open Green Cities Laboratory of the Global Association of Mayors, a United Nations non-governmental organization. Served as Senior Project Manager in the Finance and Investment Departments of Everbright Group (HK:06178) and as a director of 22 holding companies of Everbright Group. He was the General Manager of Investor Relations Department of China Resources Power (HK:00836), and a core member of the IPO team of China Resources Power (completed a one-off financing performance of HK$3.7 billion); he was the CFO of the first Chinese IT company listed in the US. He was a director of several listed companies (HK:08153,HK:08123) and has rich experience in corporate management, investment project management, investor relations, and senior management of mega holding companies.

XIAOZHEN DONG | Tax Director

Shandong University of Finance and Economics, majoring in taxation, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Tax Accountant (CTA), Sponsor Qualification, 33 years old.

Mrs. XIAOZHEN is the Senior Finance Manager of BGI Genomics Co., Ltd (SZ:300676), and is responsible for all domestic and international tax management. He was appointed by Ruihua Certified Public Accountants (a PCAOB registrar in the U.S.) as the auditor of the South-to-North Water Diversion Mainline Project Construction Administration for the special audit of the management and utilization of project construction funds in 2012 and other related large-scale projects. He has participated in various audit projects of China Resources Enterprise, Limited (HK:00291) in finance, operation, investment and economic responsibility.

YIYU PENG | Secretary to the Board

Majoring in Financial Management in Yangtze Normal University, Associate Member of MIPA & AFA, 31 years old

Worked in the Business Services Department of a consulting company under the Bank of East Asia (HK: 00023), where she led the overall accounting and other operations of client companies and provided tailor-made solutions to meet clients' specific requirements. She has also worked in the financing department of DSV (Copenhagen Stock Exchange), where she compared and analyzed the company's data and conducted in-depth analysis and research on the cargo loan industry.
