Sante is going to issue a bond in the European market, the amount of financing is about 50 million euros. The purpose of financing is to acquire OTC Pink or QB companies with very low market capitalization, and through the standardization and optimization of the financial statements and meet the exchange’s compliance, inject new businesses into the listco and uplist to the main board of Nasdaq. Ultimately, liquidate holdings of the listco to realize earnings, with a portion of the Company’s profit use for the repurchase of the Company’s euro bond.
